AUSTRALIA WIDE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship Australia wide via Sendle or Australia Post. Orders are usually delivered in 1 to 5 business days. For orders under $350 AUD , a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies, with free shipping for orders over $350 AUD.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
Please allow up to two business days to process, pack and send your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $49 AUD, shipped with DHL.
Select your country from the drop down menu during checkout to see whether we ship to your country. All orders are charged in AUD and your bank may charge additional fees for exchange rates.
Depending on your country and the value of your purchase, any taxes and duties are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Meaning customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and will need to pay them before they can receive their order.
Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Products purchased online may be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days upon receiving your order. After 14 days of receiving your order, we are unable to accept returns for credit or exchange.
SAFFOUR will accept returns for credit or exchange if products meet the following conditions:
Are returned in their original packaging and tags, unworn and in the condition in which they were purchased.
Within the specified timeframe. You must contact us within 14 days upon receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept return or exchange of earrings.
Please choose carefully, SAFFOUR do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

RETURN COST
It is at the customers discretion and expense to safely return items to SAFFOUR until confirmation by our customer service team. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a service that offers tracking to ensure goods are safely received. SAFFOUR is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
